Treevah is cloud file manager that simplifies digital organization through an advanced interface, consolidating folders and files into a single view. As a designer and later team lead, I took part in the design process from initial concept through to alpha release. Reducing navigation complexity while maintaining usability was the fundamental challenge.
The development involved creating high-fidelity prototypes, developing testing strategies, and establishing comprehensive style system components. I led user research and testing initiatives, synthesizing this research into actionable insights.
With this project I gained experience in design leadership, advanced prototyping techniques, and research-driven decision making. The startup experience encompassed the full spectrum of design roles from individual contributor to team leader to researcher.
