Now Playing is an experimental browser-based media player that explores immersive interactive audio experiences. This web application combines functional audio controls with dynamic real-time visuals, featuring a draggable 'disc' loader (navigation elements) and interactive mini apps made in webGL. It was built to explore the intersection of web design, audio technology, and interaction design. The project's goal was to create something that feels more like a space to play than a conventional website.

The development process involved some challenges, including modern browser autoplay restrictions, custom audio/visual synchronization using Tone.js' Web Audio API, and mobile performance optimization. I built entirely custom UI components from scratch rather than relying on standard HTML controls, creating a div-based slider system, draggable nav carts, and animated backgrounds.

Now Playing was made using a webGL-based visual programming platform, vanilla JavaScript, webflow, and web audio technologies. it is my take on an innovative approach to user interface design that prioritizes tactile, playful interactions and real-time feedback loops.
